Application:

The waves of the lengthwise wires are parallel to the surface of the screen which results in diagonal, square-shaped holes. This leads to accurate sifting in case of flat and longish materials as well. Due to the large distance between the width wise wires a certain self-vibration occurs which results in a self-cleaning effect. These screens can be used for coarse materials as well (square, flat or longish particles)

Material:

High abrasion-resistant spring steel wire according to the DIN 17223/1A standard or stainless-steel wire according to the DIN 17224 standard. The latter provides excellent features.

Packaging:

As a screen with tensioning hook.

Aperture:

From 2.0 mm to 27 mm. We produce it with previously discussed hole size and wire diameter based on the customer’s wishes.

Installation guide:

The width wise wires should be positioned on the underpinnings. As an alternative it can be shipped with polyurethane enema. During every screen replacement it is compulsory to check the rubber linings on the underpinnings and replace them if necessary.
