Application:

Due to the large distance between the width wise wires, the harp screen has a large, elongated screen surface which results in high performance. The lengthwise wires have their own vibration which prevents plugging and bridging in case of sifting large amounts of material.

Material:

High abrasion-resistant spring steel wire according to the DIN 17223/1A standard or stainless-steel wire according to the DIN 17224 standard.

Packaging:

As a screen with tensioning hook.

Aperture:

From 0.5 mm to 30 mm. We produce it with previously discussed hole size and wire diameter based on the customer’s wishes.

Installation guide:

The width wise wires should be positioned on the underpinnings. As an alternative it can be shipped with polyurethane enema. During every screen replacement it is compulsory to check the rubber linings on the underpinnings and replace them if necessary.
