Application:

Press-welded screens are used in the sorting of medium and thick pieces.

Material:

St 37-k (manganese steel) or stainless-steel wire (1.4301)

Packaging:

In boards (max. 3000 x 2000 mm), or with tensioning hooks if required.

Aperture:

From 15 to 140 mm (wire diameter max. 20 mm). Press-welded screens are made according to the customers’ requests.

Installation manual:

The wires must be positioned parallelly to the direction of the material flow.

During every screen replacement it is compulsory to check the rubber linings on the underpinnings and replace them if necessary.
