Product description
Industrial conveyor belts are used in many areas in the manufacturing processes. These conveyor belts are essential in the process where there is air or liquids flow during the conveyance, when there is extremely high or low temperature (-400 - +1200°C) required for the technology or in case there are chemical or mechanical interactions. Furthermore, the advantages include flexibility and can be installed almost anywhere even in wet environment.
Industrial conveyor belts
Type 100
Description:
Narrow, flat spire made from flat wire.
Features:
- Even and steady flow
- Flat surface
- Thanks to the numerous intersections of the wires, this type has huge carrying capacity.
- Long lifetime but susceptible to clogging.
Application:
- It is used to conveying light or heavy pieces, also in huge quantity
- Can be used in food industry, glass manufacturing or metallurgy
Material:
Non-ferrous metal, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel
Wire diameter:
2×1- 4×2 mm
Distance between cross wires:
25- 35 mm
Type 200
Description:
Narrow, screwed, flat and spiral belt made from circular wire
Features:
- Due to the right and left directional screwed spire, this type is used in case the belt is running straight
- Flat surface thanks to the narrow torsion
- Due to the numerous intersections of the wires, this type has huge carrying capacity
- Susceptible to clogging
Application
- Conveying of light and heavy products in huge quantity
- Application areas: industrial furnaces, glass manufacturing, metallurgy, vegetable and fruit processing, chemical industry and agriculture.
Materials:
Non-ferrous metals, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel, steel alloy
Wire diameter:
0.8-2.8 mm
Distance between wires:
8-50.8 mm.
Type 300
Description:
Widely screwed, flat spiral belt made from flat wire
Features:
- Smooth running due to the alternation of right and left directional torsion. Thanks to the open torsion, it is less resistant against air and liquid flowing.
- Less susceptible to clogging.
- High flexibility, long lifetime, good carrying capacity
Application:
- Applied in case of light and heavy packet goods (e.g.: veneer dryer belt, furnaces etc.)
Material:
Non-ferrous metals, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel, steel alloy
Spire width:
1.6×10 – 2,5×1.2 mm
Elevation:
6.5 – 33 mm
Distance between cross wires:
10-35 mm
Type 400
Description:
Widely screwed, flat, spiral belt made from circular wire
Features:
- The most frequently used type.
- Smooth running due to the alternation of right and left directional torsion.
- Thanks to the open torsion, it is less resistant against air and liquid flowing.
- Less susceptible to clogging
- High flexibility
- Cheaper than type 300
Application:
- Conveying of light or heavy products, fruit and vegetable washing belts, glass products, galvanized or painted products.
- Applicable in furnaces, manufacturing glass and ceramic products, in refrigeration industry etc.
Material:
Non-ferrous metals, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel, steel alloy
Wire diameter:
0.8-4.2 mm
Elevation:
4.4-25 mm
Distance between cross wires:
5-35 mm
Type 500
Description:
Screwed wire belts with flat torsion
Features:
- Smooth running due to the alternation of right and left directional torsion, which changes direction by 150-500 mm
- It supports huge flow capacity, simple and cheap design.
- Low carrying capacity.
- High flexibility
Application:
- Applied as refrigerating belt and at bakery, paper industry and tobacco industry.
Material:
Non-ferrous metals, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel, steel alloy
Wire diameter:
0.8-3.1 mm
Aperture:
2.5-20 mm
Type 550
Description:
Screwed wire belt with circular spire.
Features:
- Smooth running due to the alternation of right and left directional torsion, which changes direction by 150-500 mm
- It supports huge flow capacity.
- Low carrying capacity
- High flexibility
Application:
- It is suitable for light-weight products, where the belt is moved on castors (e.g.: fur cutter machines)
Material:
Non-ferrous metals, coal steel, galvanized steel, stainless-steel, steel alloy
Wire diameter:
0.8-1.6 mm
Aperture:
2-5 mm
Type 700
Description:
Rod grid belt
Features:
- This type has the biggest permeability.
Application:
- It can be used only for light-weight products, when it is necessary for air or liquid to pass through the belt (e.g.: bakery, confectionary industry, cardboard manufacturing, glass wool producing etc.)
Material:
Specially treated, coated steel wire.
Wire diameter:
0.9-1.8 mm
Aperture:
3×40 – 24×100 mm
Type 800
Description:
Looped wire ribbon
Features:
- Easy to clean due to the particularly flat surface.
- Punctual aperture
- The leading and recurrent castors require special engineering.
- Long lifetime
Application:
- This type can be used either for light-weight and heavy products, for low quantity (e.g.: steel spare parts in oil bath, after heating in furnace).
- Applicable in refrigeration industry and plastic foil manufacturing.
Material:
Coal steel, galvanized steel, steel alloy
Wire diameter:
1.6-6 mm
Aperture:
50-100 mm
