• It is used to conveying light or heavy pieces, also in huge quantity
• Can be used in food industry, glass manufacturing or metallurgy

Type 200

Description:

Narrow, screwed, flat and spiral belt made from circular wire

Features:

• Due to the right and left directional screwed spire, this type is used in case the belt is running straight
• Flat surface thanks to the narrow torsion
• Due to the numerous intersections of the wires, this type has huge carrying capacity
• Susceptible to clogging

Application

• Conveying of light and heavy products in huge quantity
• Application areas: industrial furnaces, glass manufacturing, metallurgy, vegetable and fruit processing, chemical industry and agriculture.

Type 300

Description:

Widely screwed, flat spiral belt made from flat wire

• Less susceptible to clogging.
• High flexibility, long lifetime, good carrying capacity

Application:

• Applied in case of light and heavy packet goods (e.g.: veneer dryer belt, furnaces etc.)

Type 400

Description:

• High flexibility
• Cheaper than type 300

• This type can be used either for light-weight and heavy products, for low quantity (e.g.: steel spare parts in oil bath, after heating in furnace).
• Applicable in refrigeration industry and plastic foil manufacturing.
