Application:

This screen is used in case of medium and coarse sifting.

Material:

High abrasion-resistant spring steel wire according to the DIN 17223/1A standard or stainless-steel wire according to the DIN 17224 standard.

Packaging:

As plates (max. 6000 x 2000 mm) or as screens with tensioning hook if requested.

Aperture:

From 20 mm to 100 mm. The commonly ordered hole sizes and the corresponding wire diameters can be chosen from a table.

Installation guide:

In the case if this screen the flat surface should look upwards because installing inversely will result in plugging and extremely fast attrition. During every screen replacement it is compulsory to check the rubber linings on the underpinnings and replace them if necessary.
